About the Role
The Program Manager at Meta will drive creative strategies for global brands. Working with creative, marketing, and product teams, you will plan and manage brand foundations and cross-channel initiatives including animation, iconography, illustration, typography, and evergreen core assets.
Responsibilities
- Influence and implement brand marketing creative plans.
- Prioritize projects based on impact, objectives, and resources.
- Identify opportunities for cross-channel creative synergies.
- Manage resource needs and partner with external agencies.
- Oversee creative reviews and ensure project delivery aligned with strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years in program management at creative/design agencies or in-house teams.
- Proven ability to build large-scale brand design systems.
- Experience in cross-functional environments with product and marketing.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and process-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the US.
