About the Role
The Program Manager at Meta's Creative X team drives the creative vision for Meta brands and products. Working closely with CX, Marketing, and Product, you will plan and manage brand foundations and cross-channel creative initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Understand and influence brand marketing creative plans
- Prioritize projects with Marketing and Brand Strategy based on impact and resources
- Identify opportunities for creative synergies and brand building
- Plan and coordinate resource needs across multiple projects
- Build relationships with internal and external creative teams
- Manage brand foundation and core assets initiatives
- Define project scope, deliverables, resourcing, and budget forecasting
- Manage creative reviews with stakeholders and executive leadership
Minimum Qualifications
At least 8 years of program management experience in a creative/design environment, a proven record of building large-scale brand design systems, experience in a cross-functional and fast-paced setting, and strong organization and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Eligibility to work in the US.
