About the Role: Program Manager, AI for Policy

We're seeking an experienced and creative Program Manager, AI for Policy to lead our AI transformation work across the Global Policy team as we transition to becoming an AI-native organization and company. This role will be responsible for identifying and implementing AI solutions to drive productivity, enhance decision-making processes, and enable our teams to focus on high-priority work. This position involves three core pillars: (1) collaborating closely with various Policy teams to ensure AI tools address pressing needs, (2) working with Product and Engineering teams for technical implementation, and (3) driving adoption and change management to rewire organizational operations using these tools.

Program Manager, AI for Policy Responsibilities

  • Refine and execute a comprehensive AI transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can drive significant impact and improve business outcomes.
  • Work with partners to design and implement AI-powered solutions that address specific business challenges and opportunities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and integration of AI solutions.
  • Partner with teams to deliver training programs to educate primarily non-technical employees on AI concepts, applications, and benefits.
  • Establish and track adoption metrics including training completion rates, tool usage statistics, and behavior change indicators.
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered analytics frameworks to quantify and report on the impact of policy initiatives, including business metrics such as revenue, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into policy planning, and train team members on using analytics tools to inform decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a program or product management role, with a focus on change management and AI or digital transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in political science, business/strategy, economics, legal, communications, public Relations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, AI workflow integration.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, with experience translating technical concepts for policy or business audiences and experience working with leadership.
  • Experience with organizational change methodologies (ADKAR, LEAN) and driving adoption across distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with strategic and critical thinking.
  • Analytical skills with experience designing and interpreting quantitative models, dashboards, and reports that link policy work to business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Policy or public affairs organization, and familiarity with tech policy issues.
  • Proficiency with Meta’s enterprise AI tools (e.g., Meta AI, Gemini, Notebook LLM, etc).
  • Master’s degree (e.g., data analysis or technical field).
