Overview
The Product Risk Program Manager - Product Enablement at Meta will apply program management expertise and systems thinking to manage complex risk reviews from start to finish, enabling compliant product launches. You will work directly with product and engineering teams to guide them through Meta’s Risk Review process while collaborating with legal, policy, engineering, and tooling partners.
Responsibilities
- Support early product development and optimize Meta’s Risk Review process.
- Identify and resolve blockers, escalate issues, and remediate pain points.
- Drive accountability through clear communication and action tracking.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams.
- Document, track, and resolve project and risk details consistently.
- Establish coordinated relationships with Product, Legal, Policy, and Engineering teams.
- Guide supplement risk assessments and support the triage, escalation, audit, and remediation processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance or related fields.
- Proven track record managing projects with tight timelines and high ambiguity.
- Strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative abilities.
- Experience influencing without formal authority.
- High adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Experience with product development lifecycles and complex systems.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leveraging AI and data-driven insights for process improvement.

Compensation
Base salary ranges from $153,000 to $209,000 per year, with bonus, equity, and benefits added. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
