Product Marketing Manager, EMEA at Meta
Meta seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption and growth of advertising solutions for customers across Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and future applications and service across EMEA's businesses. The role is part of our PMM team whose mission is to accelerate product and business growth through market and audience expertise. We are the "Voice of Product in International Markets and the voice of International Markets in Product".
As the Market Product Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will be responsible for bringing in market insights, influencing product strategies, driving holistic go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, adoption and growth of our ad products across the markets. You will work with Sales, and cross functional teams to ensure all efforts are aligned from inception to launch and beyond — and communicated clearly and with empathy to all key stakeholders. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Be the product go-to-market lead across our priority ad products, and own product growth and adoption across EMEA.
- Partner with regional sales leadership and other cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth for our advertising solutions across EMEA. Lead and execute the go-to-market strategies for the region.
- Drive product adoption growth using levers such as cross-functional partners, our external marketing partners, communications and PR, thought leadership, and traditional marketing & events.
- Plan and execute against local go-to-market strategies which include delivering product trainings, client segmentation lists, product positioning and narratives through the lens of Advertisers to drive business outcomes.
- Act as the voice of the market to global product teams. Collaborate with in-market Sales teams to synthesize market opportunities backed with data, and communicate customer problems and feedback, to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 8+ years of professional experience in technology, advertising, measurement, or business/sales operations.
- Product marketing expertise in the web and mobile advertising and experience to contribute at strategic and tactical levels.
- Project management skills, with experience developing and executing marketing strategy.
- Proven communication, presentation, and demonstrated experience working effectively, with the experience to influence and collaborate effectively with wide-ranging stakeholders.
- Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in prioritization, problem solving and self direction.
- Proven experience thriving in a productive, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment and able to adapt, identify issues early, and escalate.
- Proven track record of influencing behavior at various levels within the organization.
- Commercial and data-driven experiences with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Gaming and App Industries.
- Familiarity with Meta's products and ecosystem, including ads.
- Knowledge of the Israeli market.
