Product Manager at Meta
Meta Product Managers collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers, to develop innovative products. We seek Product Managers who are adept at moving quickly and driving rapid iteration.
Product Manager Responsibilities
- Lead a product area by defining success metrics, prioritizing problems, and identifying optimal strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Adapt and adjust product strategy based on learnings and evolving product dynamics.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define products, develop roadmaps, drive progress against objectives, resolve blockers, and foster team health.
- Gather and analyze user research and market insights to inform product decisions and influence the broader product organization.
- Coordinate proactively with partner functions to ensure comprehensive product success and structure shared roadmaps for optimal outcomes.
- Communicate product strategy and progress with extreme clarity to all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to other Product Managers and cross-functional team members when appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Product Management.
- A Bachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent); a STEM subject is ideal but not essential (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences).
- Experience working with a cross-functional product team on a significant product area, including crafting product vision and strategy, defining product requirements, coordinating resources (marketing, legal, etc.), and driving teams to achieve key milestones.
- Proven experience managing a product through multiple product life cycle phases.
- Demonstrated ability to drive material change in product performance and team effectiveness.
- Experience in analyzing large-scale, complex data sets to make effective, data-driven decisions.
- Ability to integrate diverse requirements from a broad user base and various contexts into a single, coherent product strategy.
- Experience leading and motivating a product team and effectively collaborating with partner teams.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, bringing extreme clarity to complex messages.

This position offers a salary range of $146,000/year to $204,000/year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
