About the Role
Join us in revolutionizing interactions for over 200+ million businesses using Meta's platform through Business AI Agents. As a Product Manager, Business AI, you will work on the Facebook Messenger product area, making AI simple, accessible, and valuable for businesses.
Responsibilities
- Improve adoption and retention of Business AI on Facebook Messenger.
- Align product strategy with Meta’s mission and market trends.
- Use data, research, and market analysis to drive roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, legal, and GTM.
- Define and track key performance metrics for success.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI messaging products.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; STEM preferred.
- Proven experience in navigating products from 0 to 1.
- Experience with AI, customer-centric design, and product lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B customer development.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, NLP, search, or machine learning.
- Experience serving enterprise customers.
