About the Role
The Product Manager - Advertiser Guidance at Meta is responsible for leading the development and delivery of the Opportunity Score model and Guidance Ranking. This key monetization role requires over 10 years of product management experience and focuses on strategic development, end-to-end product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and develop the Opportunity Score and Guidance Ranking models across all advertiser segments.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch with a focus on experimentation and post-adoption impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Develop metrics and analytics to measure guidance impact and Opportunity Score effectiveness.
- Engage with internal stakeholders including the iRev committee for alignment on strategic goals.
- Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights to enhance product performance.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include 10+ years in product management, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and demonstrated strategic and cross-functional leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include advertising technology expertise, understanding of bidding and targeting, proficiency in machine learning, and an advanced degree.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $202,000 to $277,000 per year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
