Product Designer, Meta

Overview

As a Product Designer, Meta, you will play a central role in crafting valuable, user-friendly, and aesthetically refined products. You will be involved in every stage of product development, from conceptualizing new innovations to finalizing pixel-perfect designs.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects at the level of whole features within a defined domain.
• Design simple, elegant flows and experiences across platforms.
• Create new experiences or layouts that evolve or define visual systems.
• Give and receive feedback to continuously raise quality standards.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content strategists from conception to launch.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years designing software products focused on user experience, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience utilizing research and data to inform product strategy.
• Proven strategic product thinking and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and low-fidelity mockups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Showcase end-to-end design process across multiple projects.
• Experience linking design work with other initiatives across the company.
