Role Overview: Partner Success Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and partner-focused professional to join Global Scaled Partnerships as a Partner Success Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, and Operations Teams to enhance partner success, facilitate product adoption, and minimize churn across multiple products to drive top line goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement support strategies tailored to each program.
  • Advocate for partner needs by influencing product and policy teams.
  • Provide education and support on platform policies and monetization strategies.
  • Create and curate educational content for partner compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized solutions.
  • Work with Product Teams to gather feedback that informs product development.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in client management, customer success, customer support, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and partner management.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary from $105,000/year to $152,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
