Job Description

Partner Marketing Manager

Meta is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead the definition and execution of marketing strategies that drive demand and growth through our Business Messaging partner ecosystem. This role focuses on enterprise B2B marketing for solutions like WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, leveraging a network of technology and reseller firms. You will work closely with partners, cross-functional teams, and marketing peers to build measurable and scalable strategies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build marketing strategies for the Business Messaging partner marketing program that drive growth and demand for partner solutions.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with regional marketing teams working with partners and partner programs.
  • Create and deliver partner-facing assets to support demand generation programs.
  • Ensure marketing strategy aligns with cross-functional business objectives, while managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactively collaborate with teams such as Partnerships, Legal, and Finance to build and support partner marketing programs.
  • Influence broader partner strategy based on market insights and direct partner interactions.
  • Ensure programs are measurable and work with data and operations teams to build execution plans.
  • Develop benchmarks to shape the future direction of the program and communicate frequently with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience, with 5+ years in partner ecosystem experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in generating demand with and through partners (SaaS technology sales environment).
  • Demonstrated experience working with international and regional marketing teams in both centralized and decentralized models.
  • 4+ years of experience working and partnering with global and regional sales teams.
  • Demonstrated understanding of measurement techniques and best practices, including reporting, dashboards, and presenting campaign results.
  • Prior experience designing and delivering global partner growth or enablement plans with business impact.
  • Experience collaborating with a variety of internal teams to develop programs.
  • Experience measuring the impact of enablement in the partner or sales ecosystem.
