About the Role
The New Product Integration Director at Meta drives the end-to-end process of transitioning hardware platforms from validation through to production deployment. This role is central in managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process across global data centers, ensuring hardware such as AI/ML accelerators, next-generation compute systems, and advanced storage solutions are validated and moved to mass production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational readiness reviews across EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 5+ technical domains.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives impacting infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
- Establish and enforce quality standards and readiness criteria.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams.
- Lead technical trade-off discussions balancing performance, reliability, cost, and timeline.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Science field (or commensurate experience).
- 8+ years in hardware integration, product development, or technical program management.
- 5+ years of experience leading multi-team technical programs including hardware components.
- Direct experience with New Product Introduction in hardware/infrastructure environments.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
- Expertise in data center infrastructure and quality management systems.
