Overview
The mission of the Marketing Insights Researcher at Meta is to understand the needs, experiences, behaviors, and attitudes of users and customers to maximize the value delivered across Meta platforms and services.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and develop learning agendas in collaboration with UX Research, Data Science, and Creative teams.
- Frame strategic decisions, drive alignment, and unblock marketing progress.
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations.
- Produce effective communications that motivate marketing and organizational learnings.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of research experience specializing in qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Proven strategic leadership in resolving ambiguity and driving cross-functional alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of research experience.
- Background in the technology space and experience with AI features for hardware/devices.
- Leading insights-focused product or feature launches with measurable impact.
- Effective collaboration across a wide range of partners with a holistic approach.
- Bachelor's degree required with MA or PhD preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary ranging from $160,000 to $219,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
