About the Role
The Marketing Insights Researcher at Meta is responsible for understanding user and customer needs, behaviors, and attitudes to maximize value across Meta's platforms and services. This role works as a full-stack partner with functions such as User Experience Research, Data Science, and Creative to identify marketing strategies, drive alignment, and unblock progress in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and develop learning agendas in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Frame strategy decisions, drive alignment, and ensure marketing success
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to inform strategic planning
- Translate findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations
- Influence marketing and brand strategies, campaign and product development
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of research experience using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Expertise in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches
- Strategic leadership to resolve ambiguity and drive cross-functional alignment
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of research experience
- Experience in the technology space and in developing AI features for hardware
- Proven record of leading insights-focused product/feature launches
- Bachelor’s degree required; MA or PhD preferred

Additional Information
Compensation ranges from $160,000/year to $219,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
