About the Role
The Marketing Insights Researcher at Meta is responsible for understanding user and customer needs, behaviors, and experiences to drive strategic marketing, brand strategies, and product development. You will design and execute comprehensive research studies to support decision-making and shape marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of research experience with qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Expertise in insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Strong strategic skills to navigate ambiguity and set priorities.
- Bachelor's degree required; MA or PhD preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years research experience.
- Experience in the technology sector.
- Proven collaboration with diverse partners.
- Ability to think holistically while remaining analytical.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $138,000/year to $188,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
