About the Role

The Manager, Technical Program Management Wearables Software at Meta is a key strategic role within Reality Labs. This position will lead and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences across AI and AR wearable devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and support a team of TPMs through coaching and performance reviews.
• Create actionable plans that drive clarity and alignment.
• Establish transparency and accountability throughout execution.
• Communicate clearly across software engineering, product management, and QA teams.
• Drive technical rigor on deliverables including architectural diagrams and test plans.
• Collaborate with cross functional leaders to shape long-term reality labs strategy.
• Balance cost, risk, and benefits to meet business and customer needs.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, 7+ years in the software industry or technical program management, and 3+ years of people management experience. Experience in building consumer electronics products and driving ambiguous, complex programs is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with health, fitness, and wellness features, and working with regulated health software technology.
