About the Role
The Global People Operations team at Meta is revolutionizing employee experiences through advanced technology and strategic knowledge systems. As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will lead the development and rollout of AI-powered knowledge systems that transform how HR teams retrieve, understand, and utilize company information.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement AI-driven systems for knowledge retrieval and recommendation.
- Conduct strategic knowledge checks with predictive analytics to identify gaps.
- Develop evolving knowledge strategies aligned with HR trends and policy changes.
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating AI, data, and content management systems.
- Collaborate with engineering to build AI-powered content personalization and dynamic delivery.
- Design and test conversational AI for HR knowledge self-service.
- Create innovative content systems using NLP to automate tagging and optimization.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives shifting knowledge management from reactive to predictive.
- Partner with strategic planning teams to align systems with long-term business goals.
- Research and implement cutting-edge knowledge management practices and emerging technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- Certification in knowledge management, AI/ML, or strategic planning methodologies.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic program management.
- Proven track record in leading innovation projects with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Experience with AI-powered content management and natural language processing tools.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working with engineering, data science, and product teams.
- Proficiency in agile project management and handling ambiguous initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Science, AI/ML, Strategic Management, or related field.
- Experience with generative AI solutions and conversational interfaces.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as voice interfaces and AR/VR learning platforms.
- Track record with vendor partnerships and leading globally distributed teams.
- Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI implementation in HR.

Compensation
Base salary ranges from $151,000/year to $208,000/year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
