Partner with the Design Execution Lead, project managers, architects, and consultants to monitor adherence and resolve deviations. Contribute to cataloging regional and global design partners.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Integrate new features, technologies, and methodologies into guidelines in collaboration with Design Innovation and Execution teams. Analyze operational data, including occupancy and utilization metrics, employee feedback, and industry benchmarks, to drive improvement and future-proof standards. Drive design guideline performance criteria to accommodate modular and scalable solutions. Validate the design guideline content platform for performance and cost, and lead efforts to integrate AI tooling and platform enhancements.
