About the Role
Meta is seeking an experienced and motivated GenAI Project Manager to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. In this role, you will lead and drive planning, execution, and delivery of GenAI projects that are vital to driving strategic goals and milestones. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to power AI and machine learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of GenAI projects from 0 to 1.
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore vendors for data annotation.
- Create annotation guidelines and report progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, product strategy, or operations.
- Track record delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.
- Experience with SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Background in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
