Overview

Meta is seeking an experienced and motivated GenAI Project Manager to join the Product Data Operations team. You will drive the success of GenAI programs by offering leadership and strategic oversight while collaborating with researchers, engineers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives to boost GenAI data delivery.
• Build frameworks and tools including intake templates, tracking systems, and process playbooks.
• Drive program setup, scope, and success metrics alignment with partners.
• Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities with leadership.
• Support development of scalable measurement practices.
• Lead and mentor team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in consumer products, consulting, operations, or project management.
• Experience in driving key initiatives with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking leadership.
• Demonstrated team player in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with foundational model development.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $116,000/year to $168,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
