About the Role

Meta is seeking an experienced and motivated GenAI Project Manager, PDO to join the Product Data Operations team. You will drive the success of GenAI projects by leading planning, execution, and delivery, while working with cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of GenAI projects.
  • Collaborate with GenAI research, engineering, and product teams.
  • Identify project risks and execute mitigation plans.
  • Guide onshore and offshore vendors for data annotation projects.
  • Create annotation guidelines and report project progress.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven project management experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence skills.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting, product strategy, or operations buildup.
  • Proven record delivering large-scale programs on time and budget.
  • Experience with SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Background in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
