Overview
Meta is seeking an experienced and motivated GenAI Project Manager, PDO to lead cutting-edge GenAI initiatives. Working within the Product Data Operations team, you will drive planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects affecting machine learning and AI products at Meta.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive planning, execution, and delivery of GenAI projects.
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and report progress.
- Guide onshore and offshore vendors in data annotation projects.
- Create project guidelines aligned with product strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consulting and product strategy.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale programs.
- Experience with SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Background in AI, machine learning, or related fields.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $93,000/year to $136,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
