About the Role

Meta is seeking an experienced and motivated GenAI Project Manager, PDO to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of GenAI projects. In this role, you will drive strategic goals, coordinate cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and product managers, and manage key operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of GenAI projects.
• Collaborate with GenAI research, engineering, and product teams.
• Identify project risks and execute mitigation plans.
• Guide onshore and offshore vendors for data annotation.
• Create annotation guidelines aligned with product teams.
• Report project progress internally and externally.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience delivering complex projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
• Effective executive presence and communication.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting, product strategy, or operations experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale programs on time and budget.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary from $93,000 to $136,000 per year plus bonus, equity, and extensive benefits. Individual compensation is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
