About the Games Project Specialist Role

Join the Games team at Meta to support game developers worldwide. This role provides project management support across various areas while partnering with a team of content owners focused on the Metaverse Content ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop recommendations and a clear point-of-view on key plans.
  • Identify and analyze complex business problems to devise creative solutions.
  • Exhibit a solutions-oriented approach and drive timely resolutions.
  • Drive projects that require rigorous due diligence and clarity before partner engagement.
  • Coordinate and manage program initiatives across multiple business development teams.
  • Stay updated with business and technology trends including potential Meta partners.

Minimum Qualifications

Over 8 years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting or a related field; proven track record of managing cross-functional projects; and strong relationship building across internal and external teams. Must have experience handling confidential data and balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with games development and publishing best practices.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $159,000 to $223,000 per year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
