About the Executive Support Engineer Role
As an Executive Support Engineer at Meta, you will provide technical and operational support to C-suite executives and board members. You will drive initiatives that enhance executive support operations while working with cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and execute projects enhancing executive support operations.
- Manage crisis escalations by collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Engage with industry partners to improve third-party application experiences.
- Lead creation and maintenance of documentation for executive operations.
- Drive strategic tooling and automation benefiting customers and enterprise groups.
- Support VIP demos using VR/AR/MR hardware and AI technologies.
- Train and mentor team members within Enterprise Solutions.
- Travel globally up to 25% to support executive events.
- Participate in a global on-call rotation including evenings and weekends.
- Influence strategy and implementation of best practices across teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 9+ years IT support experience.
- Direct experience supporting executives with technical roadmaps and strategies.
- Expert knowledge in enterprise IT architecture, network, security, and cloud environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and innovative technology adoption.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder influence.
- Experience in crisis management and assessing security threats.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in coding languages like PowerShell and scripting.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle plans, timelines, budgets.
- Experience in video conferencing, vendor management and SaaS administration.
- Prior exposure to VR/AR/MR hardware, ideally Meta's product suite.
- Experience monitoring Service Level KPIs.
