Job Description

Executive Administrative Partner at Meta

Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support Directors in the Meta leadership team. The successful candidate will be a masterful problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills to handle complex calendaring and heavy travel planning.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Organize space planning, offsite events, and team meetings
  • Build cross-functional relationships across the Meta ecosystem
  • Partner closely with team lead admins
  • Communicate key organizational updates
  • Perform general office duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years providing administrative support to executives
  • 4+ years coordinating travel logistics
  • 4+ years of calendar management and expense report experience
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience organizing offsite events and team building activities
  • Experience supporting cross-regional teams
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing directions quickly
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
