Enterprise Support Engineer Data Centers at Meta

We are seeking an Enterprise Support Engineer to assist in the support of our IT services at one of the most critical connection points with our internal customers in Meta's data centers. This role is instrumental in delivering solutions that enhance both technical and non-technical functions.

Responsibilities

  • Solve issues and drive enhancements across IT functions
  • Drive service and project initiatives including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Establish cross-functional relationships with Enterprise Engineering teams and business stakeholders
  • Improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain service quality
  • Analyze regional business trends to provide actionable, data-driven insights
  • Identify trending issues and process gaps for cross-team resolutions
  • Manage and prioritize all IT escalations effectively

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in technical support roles and operational improvement in enterprise or data centers
  • 2+ years supporting IT infrastructure areas such as networking, Active Directory, client platform management, or storage networks
  • Experience with advanced technical support for various hardware, software, and peripherals across multiple operating systems
  • Skill in building and maintaining relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders globally
  • Experience with service metrics analysis and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Experience synthesizing business and technical needs for cross-functional solution delivery

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers a base salary between $121,000 and $173,000 yearly plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
