About the Enterprise Support Engineer Data Centers Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Support Engineer to assist in the support of our IT services at one of the most critical connection points with our internal customers, specifically within Meta's data centers. The role involves delivering both technical and non-technical solutions that drive operational excellence and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve issues and drive enhancements in IT support functions.
  • Manage operational and application support, ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Drive service and project initiatives in data centers, from planning to delivery.
  • Establish cross-functional relationships with Engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high service quality.
  • Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify trending issues and collaborate with teams to optimize processes.
  • Prioritize and manage all IT escalations effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in technical support and operational improvement roles.
  • 2+ years in supporting IT infrastructure areas like networking, Active Directory, and storage networks.
  • Advanced troubleshooting experience across various hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting service metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience synthesizing business and technical needs to drive solution delivery.
