Overview
Meta is seeking an experienced and self-driven Reliability Lead to join our Asset Management & Reliability team within Facility Operations. The role focuses on ensuring asset reliability and managing risks across the data center operations.
Responsibilities
- Prevent operational gaps and mitigate equipment failure risks.
- Review, identify, and proactively mitigate risks of unscheduled downtime.
- Onboard new assets into Meta’s asset management ecosystem.
- Establish an asset criticality framework and lead FMEA analysis.
- Develop and execute Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs.
- Maintain the Global Maintenance Library and update best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for EAM implementation and optimization.
- Analyze asset health metrics and collaborate with Operations and Maintenance.
- Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement in asset management.
- Manage stakeholders across domestic and international locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering.
- 10+ years experience in reliability engineering for electrical or mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and FMEA.
- Experience with EAM solutions and data-driven maintenance strategies.
- Certifications such as CMRP, CRL, CRE and knowledge of ISO standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data center equipment including cooling systems and network gear.
- Proficient in data analysis techniques and reliability modeling.
- Experience developing and executing test plans for assets.
- Additional certifications in Maintenance & Reliability are a plus.

Additional Information
Travel up to 25% to 50% domestically and internationally. Compensation ranges from $133,000 to $190,000 per year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
