About the Client Solutions Manager Role
The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group is a strategic solution-driver focused on placing customers at the center of all activities. In this role, you will lead key client relationships, leverage analytical skills, and develop platform expertise to offer consultative media planning, strategy, and measurement to Fortune 1000 advertisers.
Responsibilities
- Act as a product and insights expert to implement marketing solutions.
- Build and manage key client and agency relationships.
- Drive performance and revenue through analysis and sales strategy.
- Develop strategic account plans and drive new business opportunities.
- Create data-driven narratives, presentations, and recommendations.
- Design and analyze experimentation initiatives to optimize performance.
- Serve as an external consultant educating on product solutions and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage account operations.
- Travel as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in online advertising/online media.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Advanced skills in structuring and manipulating raw data.
- Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and presenting insights.
- Track record in driving business performance and revenue growth.
- Experience in influencing executives and clients.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead complex priorities.
- Understanding of the technology landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cross-functional Product teams.
- Knowledge of data querying (SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets).
- Experience with statistical packages (R, SAS, SPSS) and measurement tools.
- Familiarity with Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions.
- Experience with business case modeling and market sizing.
