About the Client Solutions Manager Role
The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core. In this role, you will lead key client relationships, leverage analytical skills, and develop platform and product expertise to become a trusted consultant in media planning, strategy, and measurement for Fortune 1000, multi-channel advertisers.
Responsibilities
- Act as a product and insights expert to implement marketing solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners.
- Drive revenue by negotiating, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans and custom analyses to inform decisions.
- Design experiment initiatives, track results, and provide recommendations.
- Consult on Meta product solutions and educate clients on best practices.
- Manage account operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Travel as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in online advertising or online media.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Advanced experience working with raw data and analytics.
- Proven record in data-driven consultative sales and business growth.
- Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with product teams on feature improvements.
- Knowledge in SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and statistical packages.
- Familiarity with Meta’s full suite of advertising products.
- Skills in business case modeling and market sizing.
