Overview
The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything. In this role, you will lead key client relationships by leveraging analytical skills and developing product expertise, acting as a trusted consultant in media planning, strategy, and performance measurement for Fortune 1000 advertisers.
Responsibilities
As the Client Solutions Manager, you will:
- Act as a product and insights expert to implement marketing solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners.
- Drive revenue by negotiating, optimizing complex opportunities, and managing a book of business.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
- Create narratives from custom analyses and present recommendations.
- Design and analyze experimentation initiatives.
- Educate clients on product solutions and best practices.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to manage projects.
- Travel as needed to meet business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in online advertising/media.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Advanced data structuring and analysis skills.
- Proven experience in consultative sales using data.
- Track record in driving revenue and business performance.
- Ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience influencing executives and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with Product teams to enhance features.
- Familiarity with data querying tools (SQL, Excel/Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of statistics and analytical software (R, SAS, SPSS).
- Experience with Meta’s advertising solutions and business case modeling.

Compensation
Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $126,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
