About the Role
The Client Solutions Manager, Ecommerce, DACH at Meta is a strategic and analytical solution-driver responsible for placing clients at the core of our operations and supporting their growth. You will create and implement marketing solutions, analyze data to guide strategy, and manage key relationships for the DACH eCommerce team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Partners to create measurable marketing solutions
- Educate clients on product solutions and best practices
- Analyze data and insights to drive Meta solution implementation
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Guide media and creative strategy to achieve KPIs
- Oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and campaign results
- Identify optimization opportunities and project manage complex work streams
- Manage internal operations including account setup and troubleshooting
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital media platforms and advertising metrics
- Understanding of eCommerce trends and environments
- Effective problem solving and decision making
- Experience with cross-functional teams and various management levels
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to communicate insights
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Business level English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in advanced measurement solutions, app and creator marketing
