The Client Solution Manager, Tech & Commerce partners with Meta's most strategic clients to ensure their success. This pivotal role involves building and nurturing key relationships, serving as a consultative product expert, and acting as a trusted advisor in marketing strategy, media planning, creative direction, tech integration, and measurement for top clients, particularly within the Fashion vertical.
As a strategic solution-driver, you will focus on developing ROI-positive marketing strategies, continuously enhancing advertiser performance, and implementing robust measurement and attribution solutions. The role requires optimizing complex opportunities through data and analytics to craft consultative and technical solutions, providing valuable business insights, driving revenue, and boosting advertiser education and satisfaction via a data-driven approach. Success in this position demands a blend of consultative sales and analytical skills, a strong client service orientation, commercial acumen, and the agility to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment. A passion for Facebook, Instagram, Meta’s advertising solutions, and the broader marketing/tech ecosystem is essential.
Client Solution Manager, Tech & Commerce Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a track record of excellence in a Client Solution Manager role, driving impact on solution adoption, revenue growth, and operational rigor.
- Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions designed to achieve measurable business results for Meta's clients.
- Develop deep vertical expertise, including industry research and perspective, to advance overall business objectives and marketing solutions for advertisers.
- Collaborate with businesses to understand their objectives and co-develop Meta strategies in partnership with Client Partners and cross-functional teams, encompassing insights generation, marketing strategy development, media plan creation, creative guidance, and measurement recommendations.
- Provide dedicated account management to top clients, focusing on developing, managing, optimizing, and supporting strategic account plans, and leveraging data to formulate business solutions.
- Engage in Project Management, working and collaborating with various internal cross-functional teams, overseeing complex work streams to optimize client marketing objectives.
- Manage analytics and dashboards to advise clients, including daily client-facing data/insights reporting and understanding performance across multiple accounts and countries.
- Lead strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners (media, creative, measurement partners, MarTech, etc.).
- Manage internal account operations, including revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Oversee planning, execution, ongoing reporting, and optimization of campaigns, including budget spend observation, internal analytics/dashboard management, and providing real-time recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in ad sales, marketing, media, and/or consulting.
- Proven experience working effectively within a team, with cross-functional teams, and engaging with multiple organizational layers (both internally and externally).
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (e.g., Direct Response marketing, brand marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships).
- Experience working with numbers, analyzing large datasets, and delivering actionable insights.
- Direct experience in marketing, media, and/or consulting firms.
- Ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the capacity to work independently with high intensity and urgency.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client and partner meetings.
- Fluency in English.
