About the Role: Client Partner at Meta

Meta is actively seeking a customer-centric and relationship-focused Client Partner, embodying an aptitude for strategic planning, operational rigor, and a proven history of exceptional execution. As a Client Partner within Meta's Global Business Group, you will serve as a strategic relationship owner for our premier advertisers. Your success will hinge on building trust through platform mastery combined with a profound understanding of our clients' businesses. This pivotal role involves fostering critical strategic relationships, both externally with clients and internally across functions like marketing, analytics, engineering, and product.

Success in this position is defined by driving substantial revenue growth, developing executive-level client influence, and meticulously planning and leading the long-term vision for client success on the platform through a consultative sales approach. You will thrive in an agile, team-focused environment, consistently delivering against stringent deadlines.

 

Client Partner Responsibilities:

  • Strategic account planning to drive step-change investment growth.
  • Cultivate executive relationships externally and horizontal relationships beyond core marketing teams, both internally and externally.
  • Identify and lead new business growth opportunities.
  • Manage complex workstreams end to end, maintaining agility on client accounts.
  • Serve as the escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Travel as needed.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy and consulting roles.
  • 3+ years of experience as a proven adviser influencing executives and clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience clearly communicating the progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the capacity to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Proven track record in storytelling through data visualization, developing insight-based hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases and influence key decisions.
  • Experience collaborating, communicating, and influencing internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams like engineering, product, and data science.
  • Understanding of the client's business, industry, competition, company priorities, and marketing budget, with the ability to define success metrics and set goals for joint partnership objectives.
  • Capacity to gain mastery of our products and combine it with an understanding of our client’s product/systems to seamlessly switch between high-level and detailed views when driving long-term big-bet solutions with clients.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams to improve product features and functionalities.
