Overview

Meta is seeking a Business Support Engineer to provide technical and engineering support to partners and clients globally. In this role, you will work with a global team to offer proactive and reactive solutions for partner issues and integrations, ensuring high quality products and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Meta’s Business Partners and Clients to deploy Meta Products at scale.
  • Provide integration support via Cloud APIs, fintech, and telecom integrations.
  • Manage technical relationships and handle service outages effectively.
  • Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems.
  • Communicate partner needs to product teams for continuous improvements.
  • Offer 24/7 on-call support via a rotation schedule.
  • Analyze trends and recommend tactical improvements for support services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams both locally and globally.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have a completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and at least 4+ years of experience as a Support or Service Engineer. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), API development, full-stack development, IT infrastructures, and technical documentation is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates have experience with web server configurations, enterprise system development, proficiency in PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React, and exposure to GenAI and machine learning technologies.
