Job Description
About the Role
As a Business Support Engineer at Meta, you will provide technical and engineering support to Meta’s partners and clients globally. You will work with a global team to proactively and reactively address integration issues, ensure the quality of product deployments, and communicate partner insights to improve products.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Meta’s business partners and clients to deploy Meta Products at scale.
- Provide integration support through Cloud APIs, Financial Technology, and Telecommunications integrations.
- Manage technical relationships and deliver 24/7 support via a ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time with partner engineering teams.
- Develop performance monitoring systems to ensure high availability of integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and informative content for partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate partner needs to product teams.
- Identify trends and recommend tactical improvements to enhance support experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (completed prior to joining Meta).
- 4+ years of experience as a Support or Service Engineer.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS) and API development.
- Full-stack development proficiency including SOAP and REST API technologies.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with web server configuration, load balancers, databases, and messaging systems.
- Proficiency in PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React.
- Experience in global team collaboration and building business operations from scratch.
- Exposure to GenAI, Large Language Models, and Machine Learning.
