Overview

As the Business Operations Lead, Metaverse at Meta, you will manage business operations across multiple teams. Collaborate with leadership to drive growth, scale operations, and execute strategic initiatives. This role supports business operations, process improvement, OKR tracking, headcount growth, and employee engagement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives including budget planning and organizational transformation.
  • Partner with leaders to define and track objectives and key results.
  • Lead projects that create business value and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports to ensure transparency and improvement.
  • Develop streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency and communication.
  • Manage and facilitate key leadership meetings and build high quality presentations.
  • Own high-value programs that directly support the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years in program management, project management, strategy, management consulting or operations.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior leadership as a program manager or Chief of Staff.
  • Experience with presentation tools such as Keynote or PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
  • Experience working in product development/engineering organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS in business, finance, or engineering.
  • Experience in product strategy, hardware, or consumer products.
  • Leadership experience with small teams or individual contributors.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $174,000/year to $242,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
