About the Role

The Business Messaging Specialist EMEA at Meta is responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic account planning for Meta’s Business Messaging solutions across key EMEA markets. This role focuses on enterprise sales, client success, and solution selling within high-growth B2B tech and SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and manage a defined book of business.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners, CSMs, and cross-functional teams for growth initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite decision makers.
  • Analyze market and industry trends to guide strategies.
  • Develop case studies and participate in regional events.
  • Provide market feedback to influence future product offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in enterprise sales, business development, or customer success in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Proven solution selling experience with large regional/global clients.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA market.
  • Strong communication skills and proven C-level engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with business messaging, conversational commerce, or omni-channel customer support products.
  • Regional experience across multiple countries.
  • Ability to influence product or marketing strategy through client feedback.
  • Experience in various verticals such as financial services, retail, and travel.
