About the Role

Meta is seeking a high-performing Business Messaging Specialist EMEA with experience in enterprise sales and client success within high-growth, B2B tech or SaaS environments. This individual will drive the adoption and revenue growth of Meta’s Business Messaging solutions across key EMEA markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and strategic account planning for a defined book of business.
  • Partner with Client Partners, CSMs, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Business Messaging solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth client conversations to connect business objectives to solutions.
  • Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and key business KPIs.
  • Identify growth opportunities across multiple verticals including eCommerce and travel.
  • Support case study development to showcase successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Participate in regional events and activations to boost client engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams across product, marketing, partnerships, operations, and sales enablement.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in enterprise sales, business development, or customer success in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Proven solution selling experience with large regional or global clients.
  • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into strategic solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with business messaging, conversational commerce, or omni-channel support products.
  • Proven multi-country portfolio management within a region.
  • Ability to influence product/marketing strategy via client feedback.
  • Proficiency in managing pressure and navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience within verticals such as financial services, retail, telecommunications, travel, and digital platforms.
