Responsibilities

• Build next-gen AI products in collaboration with Meta teams.
• Understand business challenges and define growth strategies.
• Design and build scalable, production-grade software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor peers.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Travel up to 15% as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (completed prior to joining).
• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer with production quality code delivery.
• Experience in scalable platform design and working with AI/ML technologies.
• Proficiency in open source languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup or early stage company environments.
• Knowledge of global AI, advertising, and social media landscapes.
• Experience in b2b development and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, dynamic environments.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $117,000/year to $173,000/year, with bonus, equity, and benefits offered. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
