Overview

Meta is seeking a highly motivated, skilled Lead to join the Admin Specialist Program team as an Administrative Specialist Lead. In this role, you will manage a growing team of Admin Specialists and support high-volume calendaring, travel planning, and expense reporting for multiple leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-volume calendaring, travel, expense support and administrative services.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate room bookings across campuses.
  • Establish relationships with leaders to support business priorities.
  • Partner with peers and executives to coordinate meetings.
  • Offer proactive time management recommendations and coordinate domestic/international travel via Concur.
  • Lead a team of Admin Specialists; monitor bandwidth and enforce team guidelines.
  • Maintain program documentation, quality of service, and SLAs.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and support for on-boarding and training procedures.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on administrative best practices and tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative experience, including support for multiple executives.
  • Expertise in managing calendars and executing time management across a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and travel/expense tools (e.g., Concur).
  • Strong communication skills and proven team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Experience in travel logistics and detailed expense report management.
  • Ability to build relationships across a large company.
  • Fluency in Hebrew, Arabic, and English is a plus.
