Location: Remote (US)

What You’ll Do:
- Source and recruit IT professionals across W2 and C2C engagements
- Work on niche technical requirements from implementation partners
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Negotiate rates and close candidates efficiently
- Coordinate with account managers and hiring managers on requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of US IT Recruiting experience
- Hands-on experience hiring on W2 and C2C basis — must!
- Prior experience working with Implementation Partners — must!
- Strong sourcing skills — LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search
- Comfortable working US time zones
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in niche domains — ERP, Testing, Cloud, Supply Chain
- Existing candidate network in the US IT market
- Familiarity with VMS/ATS tools
