What You’ll Do:

  • Source and recruit IT professionals across W2 and C2C engagements
  • Work on niche technical requirements from implementation partners
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
  • Negotiate rates and close candidates efficiently
  • Coordinate with account managers and hiring managers on requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of US IT Recruiting experience
  • Hands-on experience hiring on W2 and C2C basis — must!
  • Prior experience working with Implementation Partners — must!
  • Strong sourcing skills — LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search
  • Comfortable working US time zones
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in niche domains — ERP, Testing, Cloud, Supply Chain
  • Existing candidate network in the US IT market
  • Familiarity with VMS/ATS tools
