About The Role
The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with the growth team to uncover insights from user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and design actionable strategies. You will focus on optimizing the growth funnel, user segmentation, and evaluating campaign performance.
What You’ll Do
- Data-Driven Growth Analysis: Build and monitor the full-funnel growth process, analyze conversion rates, and optimize performance.
- User Insights & Segmentation: Develop segmentation models and profile key user cohorts.
- Operational Strategy Support: Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to support data-driven strategies.
- Marketing Effectiveness Analysis: Evaluate advertising and KOL campaign performance for acquisition and monetization.
- Metrics & Data Infrastructure: Define core metrics and build dashboards with data engineers to ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis/growth analysis within internet-based industries. Proficiency in SQL, expertise in analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase) and a strong grasp of statistical analysis and A/B testing are essential.
Preferred Skills
Experience with dbt, user behavior analytics tools (Amplitude, PostHog, Mixpanel), Google Analytics, and basic machine learning for user segmentation or churn prediction. An interest in AIGC, 3D graphics, or digital content creation is a plus.
