About the Role
The Reddit Content Operations role is for a seasoned operations expert and avid Reddit user with a passion for 3D printing. You will manage and activate MeshyAI's official Reddit community by planning content, driving user engagement, and executing growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the official subreddit through content planning and user support.
- Engage with communities like r/3Dprinting and r/BambuLab.
- Plan AMAs, challenges, and interactive sessions to build trust.
- Develop UGC initiatives and collaborate with brand partners.
- Monitor community metrics and use data for strategy optimization.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 1 year managing Reddit or similar communities, with experience in UGC campaigns and a strong passion for 3D printing technology. Excellent communication in English and a data-driven mindset are required.
