RPA Developer with Generative AI Focus - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an RPA Developer with a focus on Artificial Intelligence to automate business processes end-to-end, combining traditional RPA with advanced AI capabilities. This role will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, developing intelligent robots, and integrating solutions with AI/ML models and LLMs to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Map, analyze, and document processes suitable for automation.
• Develop, test, and maintain RPA bots (attended and unattended).
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and legacy systems.
• Incorporate AI into automations (intelligent OCR, NLP, classification, etc.).
• Create automated pipelines using Machine Learning models and LLMs.
• Monitor robot executions, logs, and performance.
• Continuously improve automated processes.
• Collaborate with business units and technical teams.
• Ensure best practices in security, governance, and scalability.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience with RPA tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience with consuming and building REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with system integration.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in all SDLC stages.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Experience with Machine Learning applied to automation, NLP, and intelligent OCR.
• Creation of intelligent agents and AI-based automations.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.).
• Familiarity with frameworks and tools like RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
