As an Enrollment Campaign Representative, you will support our SDC business by assisting customers with maintaining compliance for Mail-in Biological Monitoring Services.

Job Summary

This temporary position focuses on a critical outbound calling campaign. You will make 75-100 calls daily to help customers enroll in automatic renewal, ensuring compliance with state, local, and CDC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 75-100 outbound calls daily using a provided list.
  • Utilize a provided script to guide customers through auto-renewal enrollment.
  • Communicate the importance of compliance with sterilization testing services.
  • Answer inquiries regarding services, billing, and auto-renewal process.
  • Document interactions and update account information in the CRM (NetSuite).
  • Collaborate with the customer service team on complex inquiries and escalations.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment targets.

Experience & Requirements

Applicants should have at least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or an outbound call center environment. Strong verbal communication skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential.

  • Dedicated quiet workspace for professional calls.
  • Computer hardware provided by Mesa Labs including dual monitors and headset.
