Merz Therapeutics is expanding its Medical Affairs presence in Poland, and we’re looking for a passionate Medical Science Liaison Manager to strengthen our scientific engagement with the medical community. In this pivotal role, you will deliver high-quality scientific and clinical insights, lead impactful training initiatives, and build trusted partnerships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to advance patient care and therapeutic excellence.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Assess the medical landscape in given geography, identify leading local influential experts (KOLs) and develop and maintain relationships with academic and research thought leaders, appropriate HCPs and market access stakeholders.
• Provide medical and scientific information to KOL/HCPs, lead meetings to discuss relevant scientific literature and address KOL/HCPs enquiries & needs.
• Answer scientific, medical related and unsolicited product questions, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical and legal guidelines and directives.
• Identify opportunities to partner with HCPs on disease state initiatives, collaborative research projects and investigator sponsored trials.
• Participate in and support congress activities, symposia and local/regional medical meetings.
• Identify and collaborate with Patients’ associations.
• Feedback meaningful medical insights to the medical and commercial Affiliate organization to support strategy development and business decisions.
• Develop medical and HCP interaction plans in strong collaboration with KAMs and contribute to institution / account plans.
• Prepare medical community for upcoming product launches.

YOUR PROFILE

• Advanced degree, in medical, pharmacy, nursing, bioscience, or related field. PhD would be an asset.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as MSL or in Medical Affairs/Clinical Operations.
• Solid knowledge of Polish pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with Regulatory Affairs and pharmacovigilance; experience in neurology or specialty products is a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and care delivery processes.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams locally and internationally.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish and English; able to engage KOLs and HCPs.
• Analytical, autonomous, and project management skills and willingness to travel regularly within Poland.
• Advanced interpersonal skills, resilient, ethical, and confident across cultures and levels.
