About the Role - Business Analyst Fixed Term

Merkle Aotearoa is seeking a Business Analyst on a fixed term basis until September 2026. This full-time position is based in Auckland and is part of a dynamic team working on enterprise-level digital transformation projects with a focus on Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience with enterprise application projects (CRM, ERP, etc.).
  • Understanding of SDLC, agile frameworks, and human centred design.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in professional services or financial services is advantageous.
