Role Overview

As a Business Analyst & Delivery Lead, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and pain points. You will gather requirements, lead discovery workshops, and translate business requirements into clear design documents. You will also manage and deliver projects using agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analyst:

  • Support agile product delivery with high quality user experiences.
  • Plan and facilitate requirement gathering workshops.
  • Create quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop project documentation to maintain transparency.

Delivery Lead:

  • Plan and manage project delivery using agile techniques.
  • Act as scrum master, coaching teams in agile practices.
  • Manage project teams and stakeholder relationships.
  • Continuously monitor and improve product delivery processes.

About You

You have at least 5 years’ experience in business analysis and project management. You are familiar with agile environments, have strong facilitation and presentation skills, and excel at problem solving. Excellent English skills are essential along with the ability to lead workshops and manage documentation.
